To ensure we provide the best service, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. A valid credit card will be securely stored on file to confirm your booking and hold your spot.
If you are unsatisfied with your tanning service, we require photo proof of the issue. At our discretion, store credit may be issued for future services. Claims must be made within 24 hours of your appointment.
